Sterling Silver "Garnet" Coffee Pot
This unique coffee pot was purchased in January 2002 for daily use at St Catharine's College, Cambridge, later followed by a matching milk jug. The thumb-piece on the lid is set with a cabochon garnet to match the colour of the rosewood insulators in the handle. The piece bears the Millennium hallmark.
While this is a
very large coffee pot, (capacity 1.75 litres) smaller versions to any design can be
commissioned.
